Managing parking allotment in residential and commercial projects

List every slot
Create a register of all slots with type, level and status: available, allotted or frozen. Import it once rather than maintaining a loose sheet.
Link slots to bookings
Allot a slot against a specific booking so the buyer’s documents and charges reflect it. Unassigning should be just as simple.
Handle charges clearly
Show parking charges on the cost sheet and demand letters so there are no surprises later.
Reconcile before possession
Check allotments against the register before handover. Duplicate or missing slots are far easier to fix early.
